摘要
目的探讨自制艾条支架行艾灸的临床疗效。方法将2017年1月—2017年12月进行艾灸的100例患者纳入本研究。将患者分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察医护人员工作效率、患者和医护人员满意度。结果观察组医护人员完成艾灸治疗总耗时低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=47.113,P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度、医护人员满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用自制艾条支架行艾灸治疗,能有效提高医护人员工作效率,提高患者及医护人员满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made moxa moxibustion. Methods 100 cases of patients in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were included in this study. The patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The work efficiency of the medical and nursing staff and the satisfaction of the patients and the medical staff were observed. Results The total time consumption in the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant（ t =47.113, P〈0.05）. The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group and the satisfaction of the doctors and nurses were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of self-made moxa stick stent can effectively improve the work efficiency of medical staff and patients and staff satisfaction, and it is worthy of clinical application.
