摘要
目的探讨家庭访视护理对老年高血压患者服药遵从行为、社会支持的影响。方法分析锦州市中心医院心内科2015年1月—2017年4月收治的90例老年高血压患者临床资料,依据护理措施不同分为对照组45例和家庭访视护理组45例。观察2组患者服药遵从行为评分、社会支持评分情况。结果家庭访视护理组老年高血压患者服药遵从行为评分、社会支持评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论家庭访视护理可以提高老年高血压患者服药遵从行为和社会支持度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the influence of family visit nursing on the behavior of drug compliance and social support in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 90 cases＇ clinical data of EHPT patients in internal medicine-cardiovascular department of Jinzhou central hospital from January 2015 to April 2017 were analyzed, which was to be divided into two groups by different nursing, with control group of 45 cases and family visit nursing group of 45 cases. The drug compliant behavior score and social support score of two group patients were detected. Results The drug compliant behavior score and social support score of the family visit nursing group were higher than those of the control group P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of EHPT patients by family visit nursing could increase drug compliant behavior and social support can improve psychological mood, and it is worthy of clinical application.
