摘要
目的探讨理气消瘤方加减干预对乳腺癌术后患者5年复发率的影响。方法将50例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各25例。治疗组给予理气消瘤方联合他莫昔芬治疗,对照组单纯给予他莫昔芬治疗,观察2组患者5年复发率。结果治疗组5年内复发患者6例,总有效率76%,对照组5年内复发14例,总有效率44%,2组总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论理气消瘤方加减干预能明显降低乳腺癌术后患者5年复发率。
Objective To investigate the effect of regulating qi removing tumor recipe intervention in postoperative chemotherapy recurrence rate of breast cancer for 5 years. Methods 50 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The treatment group was given regulating qi removing tumor recipe combined with tamoxifen treatment, and the control group was treated with tamoxifen treatment. The 5-year recurrence rate of two groups of patients was observed. Results In the treatment group, 6 cases relapsed within 5 years, the total effective rate was 76 %. In the control group,14 cases had recurrence within 5 years, and the total effective rate was 44 %. There was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The regulating qi removing tumor recipe intervention can obviously decrease postoperative chemotherapy recurrence rate of 5 years after breast cancer surgery
