摘要
目的观察张丽玲"内外同治法"特色疗法,和目前临床上普遍采用的中药制剂穴位注射,对于治疗"哮病"的咳喘、痰、哮鸣音,嗜酸性粒细胞、Ig E,以及肺功能等方面临床疗效的对比。方法选取中医门诊病人120例,随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。治疗组给予辨证分型口服中药并配合"温金膏""清金膏""固金膏"等穴位敷贴;对照组采用黄芪注射液,定喘、俞穴、脾俞、肾俞穴等穴每周交替注射,严重或急性发作必要时予沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入。结果通过对比2组的临床疗效,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论 "哮病"是顽固性疾病,单一中药制剂取效有难度,也说明张丽玲所采用的方法是正确、客观、科学的。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of internal and external simultaneous treatment method and acupoint injection in the treatment phlegm, wheezing, eosinophil of ＂ wheezing＂, Ig E and pulmonary function. Methods All the 120 cases TCM outpatients in our hospital were selected. They were randomly divided into treatment group of 60 cases and control group of 60 cases.The treatment group was given the syndrome differentiation type oral Chinese medicine and cooperated with Wingin ointment, Qingjin ointment, Gujin ointment and other acupoint application. The control group was given Huangqi injection, fixed wheezing, Shu acupoint, spleen shu, kidney shu points, such as alternate weekly injection, serious or acute attack necessary, salbutamol aerosol inhalation was used. Results By comparing the therapeutic effect between the two groups, the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group. Conclusion Asthma is an obstinate disease. It is difficult to obtain the effect of a single Chinese medicine preparation. It also shows that the method used by Zhang Liling is correct, objective and scientific.
