摘要
过共析钢高速线材被广泛用于巨型结构、混凝土轨枕,预应力钢丝等领域。通过从钢坯质量控制、轧制控制和冷却控制三个方面对过共析钢高速线材生产工艺进行了浅析,为生产出优异的过共析钢高速线材提供了思路。
High speed wire rods of hyper-eutectoid steel are widely used in the fields of huge structures, railroad concrete tie, pre-stressed concrete wires and so on. In this paper, the process and technology control of high speed wire rods of hyper-eutectoid steel was analyzed from following three aspects： quality control of billet, rolling control and cooling control,providing ideas for producing exllellent high speed wire rods of hyper-eutectoid steel.
