摘要
根植河南的中原文化于古代沿"古丝绸之路"传往西方各国,如今"一带一路"倡议的实施为新时代中原文化的对外宣传提供了新的契机。要做好中原文化的对外宣传工作除了现有的努力外,还应该拓宽宣传渠道,充实外宣文化内容,加大外宣投入力度与资源利用,使每个个体都能成为文化宣传的主体,从而将中原文化更好地传播出去,力图为"一带一路"倡议的顺利实施贡献力量。
The central plain culture,grew in Henan,was spread to western countries by the ancient"Silk Road". Nowadays,a new opportunity for the external publicity of central plain culture has been provided with the implementing of the"Belt and Road Initiative"project. In order to do better in the progress of advertising central plain culture,the channel of advertising should be broaden,the culture content of advertising should be richer,and more money and resources should be committed to in addition to the efforts have been made. By this way,everyone can be the subject of advertising the central plain culture,so that it will be spread in a better way,which will be sure to contribute to the implementation of"Belt and Road Initiative"project.
