摘要
目的探究饮食营养干预对改善存在吞咽障碍的卒中患者营养状况的有效性。方法选择哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院神经内科在2017年1月—2017年12月收治的脑卒中意识清楚的患者300例,选用洼田饮水实验对患者的吞咽功能进行初步评定,筛选出评定结果为吞咽障碍的患者,进行饮食营养干预,判断营养干预效果。结果经洼田饮水实验筛查,初步判断154例患者存在吞咽障碍风险。对该风险组患者进行饮食营养干预后,患者吞咽功能均得到不同程度的改善,无一例发生严重营养不良、误吸、吸入性肺炎等并发症。结论对意识清楚的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者尽早开展合理的饮食营养干预策略,对于预防脑卒中后并发症,加速疾病康复有重要意义。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of dietary nutrition intervention in improving the nutritional status of stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods 300 conscious patients in Neurology Department in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January,2017 to December,2017 were selected to do preliminary evaluation on swallowing function of patients with water swallowing test. Determining the effect of the dietary nutrition intervention which was provided to the patients with dysphagia judged by the preliminary evaluation. Results 154 patients had the risk of dysphagia after taking water swallowing test preliminarily.The swallowing function of patients in intervention group had improved in different degrees after giving the dietary nutrition intervention.No one was discovered with serious malnutrition,aspiration,pneumonia and other complications. Conclusion It is necessary to carry out a reasonable dietary nutrition intervention for sober conscious stroke patients with dysphagia to prevent the complications after stroke and make sense of speeding up of recovery.
