跨界与交融:高等职业教育质量评估的跨学科协同设计 被引量:7

Transboundary and Blending: Interdisciplinary Collaborative Design of Quality Evaluation of Higher Vocational Education

摘要 在知识生产方式转变、科研范式转换和情境学习发展的新时代背景下,高等职业教育质量评估的"单学科"教育评估模式难以为继。本质上高职教育的高等教育性、职业本位性、技能导向性及社会开放性等多重属性决定了影响高职教育质量发展的因素具有开放、跨界、多元的特点。因此,通过学科交叉、理论借鉴、问题拉动和文化交融等跨学科手段整合多学科的理论、视角和方法,进行以哲学理论为指导方法、系统学理论体现关联逻辑、管理学理论体现效率逻辑、统计学方法体现精准逻辑、心理学原理体现主体间性逻辑的跨学科协同评估成为现代高职教育质量保障设计的发展趋势。 Under the background of knowledge production mode transformation, scientific research paradigm transformation and context learning development, the "single subject" education evaluation model of the quality evaluation of higher vocational education is unsustainable. In essence, the multiple attributes of higher vocational education, such as higher education, professional orientation, skill orientation and social openness, determine that the factors of affecting the quality of higher vocational education have the characteristics of open, cross-border and pluralistic. Therefore, through interdisciplinary, theoretical reference, problem pulling and cultural blending, the theories, perspectives and methods of interdisciplinary integration are integrated with the philosophy theory as the guiding method, the theory of systematics embodies the relevance logic, the management theory embodies the efficiency logic, and the statistics method embodies the precise logic and the psychological principle body. Interdisciplinary collaborative evaluation of subjectivity logic has become the trend of modern vocational education quality assurance design.
