摘要
通过分析课程标准和初中、高中化学教材中的“粗盐提纯”实验的编排方式，检索现有中学化学教学研究的相关文献，发现缺少关于实验的历史背景的研究。分析了我国的盐业生产类型以及发展历程，最后，在HPS理念的指导下，分析了粗盐提纯实验历史背景的教育价值。
Through analyzing the curriculum standards and arrangement of junior and senior high school chemistry textbooks of ＂the purification of crude salt＂, retrieving relevant literatures on high school chemistry teaching, this paper found the lack of the historical background of this experiment, and analyzed the types of salt production and development in our country. Finally, with the guidance of HPS theory, this paper analyzed the educational value of the historical back- ground of the purification of crude salt.
