摘要
为探讨改良内支撑回肠双腔造口临床应用的安全性及有效性,收集我科2016年1月至2017年12月行腹腔镜或达芬奇机器人直肠癌低位/超低位保肛术并行预防性回肠造口的73例患者资料,根据造口方式不同分为传统回肠造口组(简称传统组)和改良内支撑回肠造口组(简称改良组),对比2组患者造口相关并发症的发生情况。结果显示,改良组造口相关并发症的总发生率明显低于传统组,P<0.05。结果表明,改良内支撑回肠双腔造口操作便捷,支撑物易于获取,术后护理方便,可有效降低造口相关并发症,临床值得推广。
This study was to explore the safety and effectiveness of modified ileostomy with inner-under- pinning and double-cavity in clinically application,enrolled 73 patient＇s clinical data who were subject to low /superlow anus-preserving procedure of rectal carcinoma under laparoscope and by using da Vinci robot in author＇s department from Jun. 2016 to Dec. 2017, divided them into conventional ileostomy group （short name：conventional group） and modified ileostomy with inner-underpinning group （short name： modified group） according to their different stomy-patterns,and compared the incidence of the complication related to stomy.As results,the total incidence of the complication related to stomy in modified group was significantly lower than that of conventional group（ P〈0.05）.These results indicate that the modified procedure has quick and convenient manipulation, easily obtaining underpinning something, is available to postopera- tive nursing,as well being effective to reduce the complication from stomy, thus worthy to be popularized clinically.
