摘要
在社会发展的不同时期,与社会匹配的教师教育政策也不尽相同,政策的不断嬗变只是为了更好的指导教师教育事业的发展。本文通过对教师教育政策问题的审思,不难发现其存在如下问题:首先是教师教育政策的价值取向侧重工具本位;其次是教师教育政策制定的随意性;然后是教师教育政策可执行性差;最后是教师教育政策评价方式不当。针对上述教师教育政策存在的问题,提出的建议有:(1)政策制定的价值取向转化为教师本位。(2)凸显教师教育政策的指导性。(3)增加教师教育政策的可执行性。(4)建立兼具公平性和适用性的评价机制。
In different periods of social development,the policy of teacher education is also different. The evolution of policy is just to better guide the development of teachers. It is not difficult to find out the following problems through the consideration of teacher education policy: First,the value orientation of the teacher education policy focuses on the tool standard. Second,the policy of teacher education is casually made. Then,the executability of teacher education policy is poor. Finally,the way of evaluation about teacher education policy is improper. On the basis of the problems of the teacher education policy,there are some suggestions are put forward.(1) The value orientation of policy making transformation based teachers.(2) To highlight the guidance of teacher education policy.(3) Increasing the executability of teacher education policy.(4) Teacher education policy evaluation mechanism with fairness and applicability.
