摘要
从正确认识涂料技术创新的意义、技术管理创新方向、技术管理与人才关系、产品开发(高)定位的意义、端正涂料产品技术创新观念、努力构建以市场为主导的产品开发团队6个维度强调了观念创新是涂料企业技术管理创新的前提。只有观念正确了,才会有好的管理创新,才能促进技术创新和保障技术创新的实现。
On six dimensions including correct understanding of the significance of innovation in coatings technologies, new directions of innovation in technological management, the relationship between technological management and talents, the significance of product development＇s（high） position, correction of the idea of innovation in coatings products and technologies and efforts to build a market-oriented product development team, the paper emphasizes that innovation in ideas are the precondition for coatings enterprises＇ innovation in technological management. Only correct ideas can lead to good innovation in management, promote technological innovation and ensure realization of technological innovation.
