某型燃气轮机空气截止阀故障分析及处理

摘要 某型燃气轮机在升功率过程中,出现因监控装置未接收到空气截止阀全部打开的信号,触发燃气轮机降工况保护程序。在排查故障原因时,发现压力开关失灵。文章对空气截止阀工作原理、作用,及其控制方式等进行分析,以得出空气截止阀故障的可能原因及解决措施。另外,由于燃气轮机运行时,箱装体内噪声大、辐射温度高,且3个压力开关失灵情况组合有多种,这些会给排除故障带来困难,故有必要作出改进,以提高故障排除效率,降低环境困难。 When a certain type of gas turbine rises in power,a signal that the monitoring device does not receive all the air cut-off valves is turned on to trigger the gas turbine to drop the working condition protection program. When troubleshooting the cause,the pressure switch was found to be malfunctioning. The paper analyzes the working principle,function and control method of the air cut-off valve to find out the possible reasons and solutions of the failure of the air cut-off valve. In addition,because that noise in the box body is large,the radiation temperature is high when the gas turbine is run,and the three pressure switch failure conditions are combined,these can bring difficulties to the troubleshooting,so that the improvement can be made to improve the troubleshooting efficiency and reduce the environmental difficulty.
