摘要
目的：观察1例2岁儿童经手掌部5指完全离断1期离断食指足背寄养2期再造拇指的效果，希望为手掌部5指完全离断儿童的临床治疗将依据提供。方法：2016年10月1例收治左手5指完全离断并手掌部分毁损的2岁儿童，入院后继续左手残端包扎止血，完善术前检查，患者家属强烈要求再植手术修复，急入手术室在全身麻醉下行左手清创探查左手中环小指再植、食指右足部异位寄养术，急诊术后6周行左足背寄养指回植再造左手拇指、右足游离植皮术，观察此例左手5指完全离断并手掌部分毁损儿童的临床治疗效果。结果：此例左手5指完全离断并手掌部分毁损儿童术后回植左手再造拇指顺利成活，左手恢复部分功能。结论：左手5指完全离断并手掌部分毁损儿童采取1期离断食指足背寄养2期再造拇指的效果较好，儿童的回植再造拇指可以顺利成活，并将相关功能恢复，具有临床应用价值。

Results： the left hand 5 fingers were completely removed from the left hand and part of the palm of the hand was damaged. Conclusion ： left 5, it was completely severed and the palm part was damaged chil- dren take issue from broken finger foot dorsum better foster the effect of second phase reconstruction thumb, children and implant recon- struction thumb could smooth survival, and the related functional recovery, had clinical application value.
