摘要
产教融合、校企合作是职业教育的基本办学模式,是办好职业教育的关键所在。校企合作模式为高职院校学生就业和发展提供了更多空间,同时也给学生党建工作带来了不少困难;探讨实训阶段影响高职学生党员教育成效的相关因素,提出加强和改进实训党员的教育管理策略,实训企业成立临时党支部;加强与就业公司联系与沟通;利用网络平台建设加强党建等措施,共同促进校企合作模式下高职院校的学生党建工作的发展。
Production-education Integration and school-enterprise cooperation are the basic school-running models of vocational education, which is the key to successful vocational education. The pattern of theschool-enterprise cooperation provides more space for higher vocational college students＇ employment and de-velopment; meanwhile, it brings a lot of difficuties for the Party construction among the students. This paper, ex-ploring the related factors that affect the student party member education in higher vocational colleges in theirpractical training, provides such measures as strengthening and improving the education and management strategies for the student Party members in their training stage, setting up temporary Party brunch in the companieswhere they have their practical training, strengthening the communication with the employment companies, andtaking advantage of the network platform to strengthen the Party construction, so as to jointly promote the devel-opment of the Party constrction among the students in higher vocational colleges in the context of school-enterprise cooperation.
