摘要
根据近年来广东省中央财政森林抚育补贴和省级碳汇林抚育项目实施的实际情况,分析森林抚育项目实施取得的成效和存在的问题,并针对性地提出了合理安排森林抚育时间、强化作业设计质量管理、加强森林抚育技术指导、加大森林抚育资金投入和完善森林抚育补贴政策等建议,为今后广东省森林抚育项目实施提供决策参考。
Based on the implementation of central financial forest tending and provincial financial carbon forest tending in recent years,this paper analyzed the success and problems during the forest tending financial programs,and put forward some suggestions to provide references for the further implementation of forest tending programs in Guangdong province,such as,arranging forest tending time scientifically,enforcing operation design quality,strengthening guidance to the technic,enlarging investment,and perfecting the subsidy policy.
