摘要
【目的】探讨媒体融合快速发展背景下传统学术期刊优化与变革的有效路径,提出切实可行并且契合当前技术条件的共媒体云发展模式。【方法】采用文献法、访谈法、调查法,针对学术期刊媒体融合现状,在前期研究基础上结合学术期刊实际提出共媒体云发展模式。【结果】提出共媒体云的概念,采用"内容+技术+运营"的体系架构,整合学术内容生产、技术保障、市场运营三大环节,联结读者、作者、编辑、审稿人四大主体,通过开放获取、移动交互、权限控制的运行机制实现学术期刊的共生发展。【结论】共媒体云能够突出学术期刊的优势,有效整合传统媒体与新媒体,有利于发挥学术期刊的核心竞争力,实现可持续发展。虽然共媒体云目前仍然面临一定的困难和障碍,但是其实际应用已经逐渐形成趋势,并且仍然有很大的提升空间。
[Purposes] This paper aims to discuss an effective path of optimization and transformation of traditional academic journals under the background of rapid development of media convergence and propose the development mode of joint media cloud which is practical and compatible with current technical conditions. [Methods] Methods of literature review,interview,and survey were applied. According to the status quo of media convergence of academic journals,we combined the actual situation of academic journals to propose the development mode of joint media cloud based on preliminary studies. [Findings]The concept of joint media cloud is proposed,applying the system structure of "content + technology + operation",integrating the three main procedures of academic content production,technical support,and market operation,jointing four main subjects of the readers,authors,editors,and reviewers,and realizing the symbiotic development of academic journals through operating mechanisms of open access,mobile interaction,and access control. [Conclusions] The joint media cloud can highlight the advantages of academic journals,and effectively integrate traditional media and newmedia,which will benefit the exertion of core competitiveness of academic journals and realize the sustainable development of them. Though the joint media cloud is still facing difficulties and blocks,its actual application has gradually become a trend and still has large space for promotion.
