摘要
目的探讨基于微信公众平台的中医延续性护理对溃疡性结肠炎患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2016年1月—2017年7月在医院肝胆脾胃科住院的60例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,在住院期间健康指导和出院时健康宣教的基础上,出院后通过微信公众平台给予中医延续性护理指导,共干预6个月。评价患者疾病相关知识水平,通过疾病活动度对患者疾病相关临床症状进行测评,同时采用炎症性肠病生活质量量表比较干预前(出院时)和干预6个月后患者的生活质量改善情况。结果干预后疾病相关知识得分、疾病活动度评分、生活质量评分较干预前有所改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于微信公众平台的中医延续性护理可缓解溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床症状,提高患者的疾病知识水平,改善其生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the effects of the continuous traditional Chinese medicine care based on WeChat platform on quality of life of patients with ulcerative colitis, Methods Sixty patients were recruited from January 2016 to July 2017. Routine care was provided during their hospitalization and health education was conducted when discharged. The continuous traditional Chinese medicine care was delivered through WeChat platform after the patients were discharged. The program lasted for 6 months. Patients＇ disease-related knowledge level and disease activity were assessed. Meanwhile,patients＇ quality of life was evaluated through the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire and compared before and after the intervention. Results Patients＇ disease-related knowledge, disease activity ,and quality of life were significantly improved after the intervention when compared with those before the intervention（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The continuous traditional Chinese medicine care based on WeChat platform can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with ulcerative colitis,increase their knowledge level,and improve their quality of life.
