摘要
目的:探讨牛黄降压丸联合八段锦疗法用于社区高血压病患者的临床疗效。方法:回顾性选取2016年2月至2017年2月北京市海淀区羊坊店社区卫生服务中心收治的高血压病患者70例,根据治疗方案分为观察组36例和对照组34例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者给予牛黄降压丸联合八段锦疗法,对照组患者给予八段锦疗法。观察两组患者的临床疗效、血压、血脂水平、6 min步行试验距离及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为97.22%(35/36),明显高于对照组的64.71%(22/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者收缩压、舒张压均明显低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及体质量指数均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组患者明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的6 min步行试验距离为(499.0±39.8)m,明显优于对照组的(428.0±39.2)m,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牛黄降压丸联合八段锦疗法用于社区高血压病患者的疗效较好,可明显降低患者血压,改善血脂水平,安全性较好。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of Niuhuangjiangya pills combined with eight-section brocade treatment for patient with community hypertension. METHODS： Retrospective analysis was conducted on data from70 patients with community hypertension admitted into Beijing Haidian District Yangfangdian Community Health Center from Feb. 2016 to Feb. 2017,and patients were divided into observation group（ 36 cases） and control group（ 34 cases） via the random number table. Two groups were given conventional treatment,based on the routine treatment,observation group was given Niuhuangjiangya pills combined with eight-section brocade treatment,while control group received eight-section brocade treatment. The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,blood lipid,body mass index（ BMI） and 6-minute-walk distance and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 97. 22%（ 35/36）,significantly higher than that of control group [64. 71%（ 22/34） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of observation group were significantly lower than that of before treatment and control group after treatment,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and BMI of two groups had been significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the 6-minute-walk distance of observation group was（ 499. 0 ± 39. 8） m,significantly better than that of control group [（ 428. 0 ± 39. 2） m ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.
