稀土元素对阳极氧化铝模板孔间距和力学性能的影响

摘要 多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板的孔间距直接影响所制备的有序纳米阵列结构材料的性能。运用二次阳极氧化方法,在0.3 mol/L硫酸电解液中分别加入稀土元素镧、铈制备AAO模板,以考察加入稀土元素对AAO模板孔间距以及硬度的影响。结果表明,电解液中添加稀土元素能减小AAO模板的孔间距,孔间距的减小程度与稀土元素种类、添加量以及反向电镀时间有关。而且,在电解液中利用反向电流沉积稀土元素,能增加AAO模板的硬度。 The interpore distance of the porous anodic alumina oxide(AAO) templates plays a crucial role to affect the properties of the prepared ordered nanostructure material. Using two-step anodization method, adding rare earth(RE)lanthanum and cerium into 0.3 mol/L sulfuric acid baths to prepare AAO templates, the effects of adding RE on the interpore distance and the hardness of AAO plates were investigated. The results show that the addition of RE in the electrolyte can decrease the interpore distance of the AAO templates, and the reduction degree of the interpore distance is related to the kinds of RE, the addition and the reverse electroplating time. Moreover, the deposition of RE in electrolyte using reverse current can increase the hardness of AAO templates.
