摘要
为实现轻微道路交通事故的快速处理、统一服务方式和电子化管理，需要研究设计全国统一版的道路交通事故快处系统。本文分析了道路交通事故快速处理现状和目标、系统结构以及系统功能设计，基于“交管12123”App设计并开发了全国统一版的道路交通事故快处App，为事故当事人、民警和警务辅助人员提供事故快处平台，以实现轻微道路交通事故的快速处理定责，提高轻微道路交通事故处理的工作效率。
In order to realize rapid minor road traffic accidents processing, unify the service mode and apply electronic management, a unified national version of rapid processing system for road traffic accidents need to be designed. The paper analyzed the current situation and the goal in road traffic accident rapid processing and studied the design of the system structure and function. Based on the 12123 App for road traffic management, a unified version of rapid road traffic accidents processing App was thus designed and developed, which provides a rapid road traffic accident processing platform for the persons involved in the road traffic accident, the relevant traffic police officers and the auxiliary police staffs, thus rapid minor road traffic accident processing and the responsibility determination and the improvement of the efficiency of road traffic accident handling can be realized.
