摘要
目的观察疏肝解郁汤对冠心病并发抑郁的疗效及对血脂、CRP的影响。方法 80例冠心病并发抑郁患者,按照用药方法随机分为对照组和试验组,各40例。2组患者予以常规冠心病治疗,试验组患者在此基础上予以疏肝解郁汤口服。结果治疗前2组患者的各项指标差异比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗10周后,试验组患者的冠心病疗效及抑郁症疗效明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的C反应蛋白明显低于对照组(P<0.05),但2组的总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白及高密度脂蛋白含量比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏肝解郁汤治疗冠心病并发抑郁可以显著降低C反应蛋白和血脂水平。
Objective To observe the effects of Shugan Jieyu decoction on clinical effect, blood lipid and CRP in coronary heart disease patients with depression. Methods 80 cases of coronary heart disease patients with depression were randomly selected in our hospital. According to the preparation methods, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. All patients were given conventional coronary heart disease treatment, while the experimental group was given Shugan Jieyu decoction on the basis of routine treatment. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment（P 〉0.05）. Treatment after 10 weeks, the efficacy of coronary heart disease and depression in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, there difference was significant（P〈 0.05）. The C-reactive protein in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P 〈0.05）, but the total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein in the two groups were no significantly difference（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Shugan Jieyu decoction in the treatment coronary heart disease patients with depression can significantly reduce the level of blood lipid and C-reactive protein.
