摘要
目的探讨在眼科手术室实施人性化护理方案的效果,总结并阐述该护理方案的临床应用价值和意义。方法选择汕头大学·香港中文大学联合汕头国际眼科中心拟行手术治疗的眼科患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者实施人性化护理,比较两组患者对护理方案的满意程度、患者的治疗依从性及患者情绪、生活质量等。结果护理干预后,观察组总满意率为94.0%,高于对照组的80.0%;观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组;观察组治疗依从性为96.0%,高于对照组的80.0%;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理方案临床应用价值和意义重大,能够有效提高患者的治疗依从性和满意程度,有利于改善患者的情绪状态,提高生活质量,这对于促进患者病情的恢复及改善患者疾病的预后具有积极意义。
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing program in ophthalmic operation room,to summarize and elaborate the clinical application value and significance of the nursing program.Methods 100 ophthalmic patients in Joint Shantou International Eye Center（JSIEC） of Shantou University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong underwent surgical treatment were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. Routine care was given to the control group. The observation group was treated with human care. The patients were compared with nursing satisfaction degree,treatment compliance,mood,quality of life. Results The satisfaction degree and treatment compliance of the observation group with 94.0% and 96.0% were significantly higher than 80.0% and80.0% of the control group. The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion With significant clinical application value,humanized nursing plan can effectively improve the patients＇ compliance and satisfaction. It is helpful to improve the patients＇ emotional state and improve the quality of life. It has important positive significance for the recovery of the patient＇s condition and the improvement of the disease prognosis.
