摘要
为进一步提升政务部门的服务水平,方便市民的生活,结合当前的智能技术和智能终端,提出一种用于政务部门的供电自助收费系统。对此为实现该系统,文章以广东佛山政务中心自助终端电费收费作为背景,首先对电力用户缴费过程中的主要业务流程进行了分析;然后对系统应用架构、系统网络架构、功能模块和系统安全等方面进行了设计。同时为方便广大市民缴费,重点在网络部署中引入广东银联支付系统,从而让广大的市民通过自助终端即可完成缴费,最后对开发环境进行部署,对上述的功能进行开发实现,进而完成在自助终端机上的部署。通过上述的设计,为政务中心服务效率和水平的提升提供了参考借鉴,也极大的方便了当地居民。
In order to further improve the service level of government departments,and to facilitate the lives of citizens,combined with the current intelligent technology and intelligent terminals,a self-service charging system for government departments is proposed.This is the realization of the system,taking Guangdong Foshan administrative center,self end electricity charge as a background,firstly analyzes the key technology of the realization of the system,then we design the system application architecture,system architecture,function module and system security,and for the convenience of the public to pay emphasis on introducing the application architecture Guangdong Union Pay payment system,so that the majority of the public through the self-service terminal to complete the payment,then the class to design the main function modules in the specific payment process and ticket process etc.Therefore,through the above design,it can provide reference for the promotion of the efficiency and level of the government center service,and also greatly facilitate the local residents.
