摘要
一架某型外贸机曾发生一起地面滑跑偏离跑道事故征候,造成该机与地面工作车辆相碰,并横向越过跑道,导致冲爆轮胎。本文根据现场检查情况及飞参判读,对事故原因进行了分析,并对可能产生的故障源进行了机理分析及内场试验验证,最终形成有效的防范措施。
One foreign trade aircraft has been involved into an incident of deviation from the runway when taxing, which caused the aircraft to collide with the ground vehicle, and cross the runway, leading to the burst of tyre. According to the situation of on-site inspection, and flight data interpretation, this paper has analyzed the cause of the accident, and made mechanism analysis and lab test about the possible fault source, finally forming the effective preventative measures.
