摘要
目的探讨血管腔内射频消融术治疗雷诺综合征的效果。方法回顾性分析2016年3月至2016年12月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院接受血管腔内射频消融术治疗的3例雷诺综合征患者的临床资料,通过踝肱指数、冷水刺激试验、临床症状、血管通畅程度评判临床疗效。结果 3例患者手术均成功,术后临床症状均有明显改善。患者在随访期间临床症状保持良好,均无复发,CT血管造影显示动脉血流通畅。结论血管腔内射频消融治疗雷诺综合征既可达到腰交感神经节切除的治疗效果,又可避免并发症的发生。但本研究例数较少,随访时间较短,其中长期疗效仍有待于进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the effect of intravascular radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of Raynaud’s syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 3 patients with Raynaud’s syndrome treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from March to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Ankle brachial index, cold water stimulation test, clinical symptoms and vascular patency degree were analyzed to evaluate the clinical curative effect. Results All three patients had successful operation, and the postoperative clinical symptoms improved significantly. The clinical symptoms remained good during the follow-up period and no recurrence was found. The CT angiography showed smooth arterial circulation. Conclusion Intravascular radiofrequency ablation can be used to achieve the treatment effect of lumbar sympathetic ganglion excision and avoid the occurrence of complications. However, due to the smaller number of cases and shorter follow-up time, the long-term effects still need to be further studied.
