摘要
高考英语考试中，翻译是难度较大的主观性题型之一，这个题型集中出现在恢复高考之初的五年，即1977年到1981年，它是选拔英语人才的重要标杆之一。在这五年当中，翻译题型的内容和形式有所变化，并呈现出以下六个特点：权重逐年下降，融入自然科学知识，充满政治文化气息，彰显对外开放，反映核心地域和不拘唯一答案。这些特点让我们清晰地看到了高考改革的嬗变。
As one of the most difficult subjective item,English translation appeared frequently in the first five years,from 1977 to 1981,in college entrance examination. During the five years,the content and form of the translation changed a lot,but generally showed some characteristics:declined proportion,more and more natural science knowledge involved in the sentences,frequent discourse embedded with po litical connotations,apparent market economy value,observed regional bias,and some open ended ques tions. All these characteristics clearly reflected the evolution of the college entrance examination reforms.
