摘要
通过文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、德尔菲法,以河北省竞技体育优势项目竞争情报信息需求为研究对象,确认了河北省竞技体育项目的优势等级,构建了优势项目情报信息因素评价模型和指标权重,并提出体育竞争情报收集与反竞争情报防范的具体措施.研究认为:河北省竞技体育优势项目等级可分为绝对优势、潜优势和待开发优势;河北省竞技体育优势项目情报信息收集的初选指标46项,专家筛选得出32项重要程度较高的指标,并划分为5类一级指标;经过KMO and Bartlett’s Test检验、探索性因素分析得出32项指标可以用来解释全部变异量的80.34%;河北省竞技体育优势项目在竞争对手、新科学技术、竞技战略、竞赛组织管理和竞赛环境等情报的量化结果分别为25.44,3.69,9.45,14.04和8.65分,最终评判结果为61.27分,对于情报收集的关注度较低,特别是在新科学技术、竞技战略和竞赛环境情报方面的信息挖掘需要加以重视.
By making the needs of preponderant events in competitive sports of Hebei province through document-data,Delphi,investigation method and mathematics statistics method,this thesis has assured the preponderant grade of competitive sports events of Hebei province,constructed the evaluation model and the index weight of its information,and raised the measures of informatic collection and anti-competition precaution.In this thesis,the competitive sports of Hebei province can be divided into three types：absolute advantages,potential advantages and others that are to be explored.There are 46 original indexes of informatic collection in competitive sports of Hebei province,and 32 indexes have high importance according to the experts.At the same time,they are divided into 5 groups.By KMO and Bartlett＇s Test,a conclusion is that the 32 indexes can be used to explain 80.34% of all amount of variations.The final result of preponderant events in competitive sports of Hebei province is 61.27,with 25.44 in intelligence of competitors,3.69 in new scientific intelligence,9.45 in competitive strategic intelligence,14.04 in competition organization and management,and 8.65 in competition environment,respectively.It illustrates that the attention forinformatic collection is not very abundant,especially in new scientific intelligence,competitive strategic intelligence and competition environment,which should be emphasized.
