摘要
基于LIS领域发展的需要与切实的社会需求,本文指出了素养教育从信息素养向多元素养转型的必要性,系统阐释了多元素养的定义,将多元素养划分为核心素养与拓展素养,全面论述了LIS领域多元素养教育的目标。通过对社会需求、政策规划、行业发展与实践探索4个方面的分析,指明了多元素养教育的驱动因素。同时,本文对国外数据素养、健康素养、环保素养与金融素养教育实践进行介绍,然后分析了国内LIS领域多元素养培养的举措,以期优化LIS领域的人才培养,实现LIS素养教育与社会需求的同步发展。
Based on the needs of Library and Information Science(LIS) development and the practical needs of society, this paper points out the necessity of LIS education to transform from information literacy to multiple literacy. It divides the multiple literacy into core literacy and development literacy, systematically explains the definition of multiple literacy, and comprehensively expounds the goal of multiple education in LIS field. Through the analysis of four aspects: social demands, government policy, library construction and practice, this paper identifies the driving factors of multiple literacy education. At the same time, the paper introduces the practices of foreign data literacy, health literacy, environmental literacy and financial literacy education, and then discusses the development of domestic multiple literacy education, in order to optimize the field of LIS personnel training, and achieve the simultaneous development between LIS education and social needs.
