全脑放疗联合靶向治疗与同步放、化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌脑转移临床效果评价 被引量：8

摘要 目的对比全脑放疗+靶向治疗与同步放、化疗两种组合方案应用在非小细胞肺癌脑转移治疗中的效果。方法 60例非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者,采取数字随机分组法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用同步放、化疗的治疗方案,观察组采用全脑放疗+靶向治疗方案。比较两组患者的疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果对照组患者的治疗总有效率46.67%显著低于观察组的76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率13.33%显著低于对照组的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和同步放、化疗方案相比,全脑放疗+靶向治疗应用在非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者中效果更好且更安全。
