硫磺回收装置能耗分析及节能措施探讨

摘要 通过对某炼厂硫磺回收装置进行能耗情况调查,分析了装置能源利用结构及能源消耗量。在能耗分析的基础上,提出采用合适的焚烧温度、采用变频电机调节、回收凝结水用于产汽、改善换热方案等节能措施,并对装置实施节能改造。 The energy consumption of sulfur recovery unit was analyzed based on the research of energy consumption situation of the unit.The energy-saving measures were put forward,such as selecting proper incineration temperature,using frequency conversion motor,recovering condensate,improving heat transfer program.The energy-saving measures were used in the reformation of sulfur recovery unit in a refinery.
