摘要
在房屋建筑施工过程中,除了要重视安全管理和进度管理,还应重视质量管理。由于施工质量管理很大程度上影响着施工企业的经济效益,因此,论文对影响施工质量的因素进行分析,总结了施工过程中容易出现的质量管理问题,并针对这些问题提出了改进措施,以供参考。
In the process of housing construction, in addition to the importance of safety management and schedule management, we also should focus on the quality management. The quality management of construction has great influence on the economic benefits of the construction enterprises, so paper analyzes the factors affecting the construction quality, summarizes the quality management problems easy encountered in construction, and puts forward the improving measures according to these problems, for reference.
