摘要
在建筑工程的项目管理方案中,精确应用项目管理的目标控制理论十分重要。目前,我国建筑工程项目管理工作存在诸多问题,对建筑质量造成了一定的影响,并且给工程投资方和建筑企业带来了经济损失。论文从建筑工程项目管理目标控制的角度,浅析建筑工程项目管理目标控制实施的策略,为建筑工程项目的实施制定更合理的流程。
In the project management plan of the construction project, it is very important to accurately apply the objective control theory of project management. At present, there are many problems in the management of construction engineering projects in China, which have a certain impact on the construction quality, and have lost the interests of engineering investors and construction enterprises. This paper studies from the angle of objectives control of construction project management, analyzes the strategy of project management goal control, and makes more reasonable procedures for the implementation of construction projects.
