摘要
为研究卷烟黄斑产生过程中的物质转移,以糖和保润剂为标志物,采用衍生化-气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)法测定黄斑卷烟纸形成过程中糖和保润剂的含量(质量分数)变化,并通过扫描电镜表征黄斑卷烟纸的微观形貌。结果表明:(1)卷烟纸中8种糖和4种保润剂的定量限为0.27~8.17mg/kg,加标回收率为80%~116%。(2)在相对湿度(RH)>80%条件下,实验卷烟的卷烟纸会产生黄斑,且与正常卷烟相比,卷烟纸中果糖和葡萄糖含量显著增加。(3)80%RH条件下,卷烟纸中糖类物质含量随放置时间的延长而增加,卷烟纸白度降低,且在24h出现黄斑。(4)微观形貌分析表明,黄斑烟卷烟纸的内部表面及与黄斑接触的烟丝表面均有结晶析出。卷烟在高湿环境下受潮后,烟丝中的糖类物质会向卷烟纸大量转移,并伴随有可溶性有色物质向卷烟纸的转移。
In order to study substance migration during yellow spotting on cigarette paper, sugars and humectants were used as markers to investigate their variations in spotted cigarette paper by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) after derivatization. The micro-morphology of spotted cigarette paper was characterized via scanning electron microscope(SME). The results showed that:1) The limits of quantification(LOQs) for 8 sugars and 4 humectants ranged from 0.27 to 8.17mg/kg with the recoveries of 80%-116% at three spiked levels.2) Yellow spots appeared on the paper of test cigarettes when relative humidity was higher than 80%, and the contents of fructose and glucose in the spotted cigarette paper were significantly higher than those before spotting.3) At 80% relative humidity, the sugar content in cigarette paper increased with the increase of storage duration, the whiteness of cigarette paper reduced, and yellow spots formed after 24h.4) Micro-morphological analysis indicated that crystals formed on the inner surface of the spotted cigarette paper and the surface of cut fillers contacted with the yellow spots, which suggested that a large quantity of sugars was transferred from the cut fillers to cigarette paper when the cigarette became damp in a high humidity environment, meanwhile some soluble color substances were also transferred to the cigarette paper.
