新常态下企业库存管理的现状研究

摘要 市场竞争成为企业优胜劣汰的规则。越来越多的企业认识到了市场的瞬息万变,如何抓住客户的需求,如何快速调整企业的运营策略成了竞争利器。随着信息技术的发展,库存管理已从简单的仓库收发存,发展到企业资源计划,扩展到供应链的上下游库存协同。鉴于此,本文基于新常态的经济发展模式,根据企业库存管理的特点,展开现状分析,并提出改善现有问题的路径设计,这对于保障企业的健康发展具有重要的实践价值及推动意义。 Market competition has become the rule of the survival of the fittest. More and more enterprises have realized that the market is changing rapidly. How to seize the customer's needs and how to adjust the business strategy quickly becomes a competitive weapon. With the development of information technology, inventory management has been developed from simple storage and retrieval to enterprise resource planning and extended to upstream and downstream inventory coordination of supply chain. In view of this, based on the new normal economic development mode and the characteristics of enterprise inventory management, this paper analyzes the status quo, and puts forward the path design to improve existing problems, which has important practical value and driving significance for ensuring the healthy development of enterprises.
