摘要
介绍了一种新的基于FPGA的数控系统精插补设计方法,该方法可以从理论上实现每个插补周期内插补脉冲的均质化,保证每个脉冲周期误差在一个时钟周期之内。并且该方法可以方便地实现插补脉冲相位的平移和灵活的调整输出PWM波的占空比。该插补算法可以不使用除法运算仍旧达到理论上的均匀脉冲输出,在提高了输出脉冲质量的情况下,还节省了大量的FPGA资源。
This dissertation introduces a new CNC system interpolation method based on FPGA,this method can achieve homogenization in every interpolation period pulse interpolation based on the theory that each pulse cycle error within one clock cycle. And the method can be used to realize the pulse phase shift and flexible adjustment of the output PWM wave duty cycle. The interpolation algorithm without use the division algorithm achieves the theory of uniform pulse output,and it also saves a lot of FPGA resources in order to improve the quality of the output pulse.
