摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法等方式,以层次教学法是否在健美操教学过程中起到作用为目的进行了研究。结果表明,通过层次教学法,积极带动学生学习的积极性,完美的学会健美操的技术动作,比较快的的提高不同层次学生的身体素质和技能,促进学生的个体成长,实验后同生们学习主动性上升10%;具有良好竞争意识的学生人数上升20%;学生学习的自信心对比上升40%;上肢力量优秀者上升20%;腰腹力量优秀者上升30%;技能水平优秀者上升40%。说明层次的教学法在健美操教与学中是有一定效果的。
The article aims at the effects of hierarchical method in aerobic teaching,which applied the research methods of documentation,questionnaire and experiment. The results show that: hierarchical method drives students' enthusiasm to master the skill and movements of aerobics,improves the physical quality and skills of students of different level,helps their individual development; the learning initiative grows 10%,students of better competitive awareness grows 20%,confidence grows 40%,number of better upper limb strength grows 20%,number of better waist strength grows 30%,better skill performance grows 40%. It proves the effects of hierarchical teaching method.
