摘要
改革是做好高校工会宣传工作的基础,创新是做好高校工会宣传工作的灵魂,实干是做好高校工会宣传工作的保障。要进一步做好高校工会的宣传工作,必须创新工作的手段、内容、方式方法,必须增强宣传意识,讲究群体效益,拓宽宣传途径,注重宣传队伍多元化,才能充分发挥高校工会宣传思想这块阵地的作用。
The reform is the foundation of the propaganda work of the college labor union, and the innovation is the soul of the propaganda work of the college labor union, doing solid work is the guarantee for the propaganda work of the college labor union. To further improve the propaganda work of the college labor union, the working methods, contents and ways must been innovated, propaganda consciousness must been strengthen, group benefits should been pay attention to, publicity channels should been broaden, publicity team diversification should been focused on, then the role of the propaganda and ideological positions of the college labor union could been given full play to.
