改性膨润土复合相变储能墙板制备及特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过CTAB对膨润土进行改性并与相变材料PCM复合,制备改性膨润土吸附相变材料,利用掺混法制备了改性复合相变材料含量分别为0、2%、5%、8%的储能墙板。通过模拟实验研究4种墙板的温度响应,并利用Matlab软件模拟墙板内部传热过程,分析不同时刻墙板内部各节点的温度分布。结果表明:改性复合相变材料含量越高,墙板的温度调节能力越明显,改性膨润土和相变材料的最佳复配比例为1∶1;在高温段,8%、5%、2%相变材料掺量的储能墙板平均温度比普通墙板分别降低了3.17、2.97、2.58℃。 The bentonite was modified by CTAB and combined with phase change material PCM to prepare modified bentonite phase change material. Energy storage wallboard with modifi'ed composite phase change materials content of 0%, 2% ,5% and 8% was prepared by blending method. The temperature response of the four kinds of wall board was explored by simulation experi-ment. The temperature distribution of each node inside the wall is analyzed by Matlab software. The results show that the higher the content of the modified composite phase change material,the more obvious the temperature regulation ability of the wallboard. The optimum mixing ratio of the modified bentonite and the phase change material is 1:1. The average temperature of the energy storage wallboard in the high temperature section with 8%,5% and 2% phase change material is 3.17 ℃,2.97 ℃,2.58℃ lower than that of the ordinary wallboard.
