摘要
目的探讨透气EP胶带在处理包皮商环环切术后内外板分离中的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年3月至2017年10月行包皮商环环切术后发生内外板分离的40例患者,按奇偶数交叉入组法随机分成处理组和观察组,每组各20例。处理组给予透气EP胶带做"类缝合"处理,观察组行常规清洁护理待其自然愈合。对比两组患者术后内外板分离的愈合时间、感染、正常愈合率、患者的满意度及患者发生内外板分离后的焦虑情况。结果两组患者在正常愈合率、感染等方面无统计学差异,但处理组与观察组的术后愈合时间分别为(23.6±1.5)d和(29.8±3.2)d,术后焦虑发生情况分别为25%(5/20)和60%(12/20),患者的满意度分别为90%(18/20)和55%(11/20),3项指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虽然包皮商环环切术后内外板分离是无需特殊处理可自行愈合的并发症,但采用透气EP胶带作"类缝合"处理可明显缩短患者的术后愈合时间,减少患者的焦虑情绪,更能为患者所接受。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of breathable EP tape in the separation of internal and external plates after Shang Ring circumcision.Methods A total of 40 cases undergoing Shang Ring circumcision during March 2016 and Oct.2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group and observation group,with 20 cases in either group.The treatment group was treated with breathable EP tape to achieve suture-like effect,while the observation group received conventional clean care to wait for the natural healing of incision.The healing time,incidence of infection,normal healing rate,patients＇satisfaction and anxiety were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistical differences in the rate of normal healing and incidence of infection between the two groups.However,the healing time was（23.6±1.5）d vs.（29.8±3.2）d in the treatment group and observation group,the incidence of postoperative anxiety was 25%（5/20）vs.60%（12/20）,and patients＇satisfaction was 90%（18/20）vs.55%（11/20）.The differences were statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Although separation of internal and external plates after Shang Ring circumcision can be self-healing without special treatment,the use of breathable EP tape can significantly shorten the healing time and reduce patients＇anxiety,and it is tolerable for patients.
