摘要
呼吸道感染是引起慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重（AECOPD）的主要诱因。随着新研究方法的引入、大样本前瞻性研究的陆续开展，人们对于呼吸道感染在AECOPD中的作用有了更加深入的认识。本文就近年有关AECOPD病毒及病毒细菌混合感染的最新研究进展予以简要综述。
Respiratory infections are a main cause of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD）. With the introduction of new research methods and large sample prospective studies, people have a deeper understanding of the role of respiratory infections in AECOPD, This paper reviews the latest research advances on viral infection and viral-bacterial co-infection in AECOPD.
