摘要
在分析全国2011—2016年电气火灾特点及其主要原因的基础上,提出了电气火灾防治的全民化,以及电气防火技术的科学化、规范化、制度化和法制化等措施,以期推进新形势下电气火灾综合治理工作,切实遏制和减少电气火灾的发生。
Upon analyzing the characteristics and the main causes of electrical fires from 2011 to 2016 nationwide,the author proposed the nationalization of electrical fire prevention and control,as well as the measures to scientize, standardize, institutionalize and legalize the electrical fire prevention technologies so as to promote our country＇s comprehensive management of the electric fires under new situation and effectively control and reduce the electrical fire occurrence in China.
