摘要
[目的]分析中西医结合疗法对乙肝肝硬化的治疗价值。[方法]将2015-01—2016-12我院收治的160例乙肝肝硬化患者作为研究对象,并根据随机数字表分为对照组和中西医组,每组80例。对照组单纯采用西医药物进行治疗,采用护肝、利尿、血白蛋白、抗病毒药物等进行对症支持治疗,中西医组则给予中西医结合疗法治疗,西医同对照组,而中医疗法则给予软肝消积汤治疗。比较2组乙肝肝硬化缓解率、临床症状消失时间、腹水消失时间、住院时间,干预前后患者乙肝肝硬化实验室相关生化监测指标,干预前后患者生存质量社会功能、生理功能和情感功能指标。[结果]中西医组乙肝肝硬化缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05);中西医组临床症状消失时间、腹水消失时间、住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05);干预前2组乙肝肝硬化实验室相关生化监测指标相近,干预后中西医组乙肝肝硬化实验室相关生化监测指标优于对照组(P<0.05);干预前2组生存质量社会功能、生理功能和情感功能指标相近,干预后中西医组生存质量社会功能、生理功能和情感功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合疗法对乙肝肝硬化的治疗价值高,可改善患者临床症状,改善肝功能和生存质量,缩短治疗疗程,加速腹水消失,值得推广。
[Objective]To analyze the therapeutic value of combination of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）and Western medicine in treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis.[Methods]From January 2015 to December 2016,160 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were divided into two groups according to the random number table（n=80 in each）.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the TCM and Western medicine group were treated with combination of TCM and Western medicine.Hepatitis B cirrhosis remission rate of two groups was compared.Clinical symptoms disappeared time,ascites disappeared time,hospitalization time in patients were also compared.Laboratory biochemical indicators were detected before and after the intervention.Quality of life,social function,physiological function and emotional function index were also determined.[Results]Hepatitis B cirrhosis remission rate in TCM and Western medicine group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The disappearance time of ascites,hospitalization time in TCM and Western medicine group was shorter than that of the control group respectively（P〈0.05）.The change of biochemical laboratory monitoring index was similar in two groups.After the intervention in the TCM and Western medicine group,the hepatitis B cirrhosis related laboratory biochemical monitoring index was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.In the two groups before the intervention,quality of life and social function,physiological function and emotional function index were simi-lar.The quality of life,social function and emotional function index of physiological function in the TCM and Western medicine group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has high therapeutic value,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve liver function and quality of life,shorten the course of treatment,and accelerate the ascites disappeared.
