摘要
仿真实验转台转角数据的动态分布式测试、保存、综合分析及多种软件集成技术是当前航天工程领域的发展方向之一,针对这一研究任务需求,设计和实现在物联网环境下的转台转角动态综合分析测试系统.应用LabVIEW软件和工程数据库软件作为开发平台,设计实现的测试软件功能包括:分布式数据采集、数据显示、数据保存、数据报表打印、数据库管理等;应用物联网技术,设计了系统拓扑结构,并采用TCP/IP协议,设置了系统各网络模块的IP地址和端口号等;开发了数据分析处理功能,解决了波性比较、机动角度与机动时间的相对关系、还给出了机动角度与绝对误差及相对误差的关系;应用Satellite Tool Kit(STK)软件和LabVIEW软件集成,解决了卫星姿态控制仿真的动画演示实验功能,对测试系统误差进行了误差校正.实验结果表明:本设计实现了转台转角数据的动态分布式测试、保存、综合自动分析及多种软件集成技术等功能.
The dynamic distributed test,storage,comprehensive analysis and multiple software integration technologies of the rotary corner data of the HIL system is one of the development directions in the field of aerospace engineering.For this research mission requirement we have designed the dynamic integrated analysis and testing system of turntable in the Internet of things environment.Using LabVIEW software and Access Database software as a development platform,the test software features include:distributed data acquisition,data display,data preservation,data report printing,database management,and so on.Applying the Internet of Things technology,the system topology was designed,and the TCP/IP protocol was used to set the IP address and part number of each network module of the system.The data analysis and processing functions were developed to solve the relative relationship between wave comparison,maneuver angle and maneuvering time,and the relationship between maneuver angle and absolute error and relative error.The Satellite Tool Kit(STK)software was integrated with LabVIEW software to solve the animation demonstration experiment function of satellite attitude control simulation.Meanwhile,the error of the test system was corrected.The experimental results show that the dynamic distributed testing,preservation,comprehensive automatic analysis and various software integration technologies of the rotary corner data are realized.
