摘要
本文从电视安全播出的角度出发,探讨在融合播控的新形势下,建立和完善安全播出技术运维模型,并借鉴ITIL相关服务规范标准,引入IT服务的相关理念,使播出运维层次化、规范化,具有很强的实践操作性,从而为电视安全播出的整体工作提供技术保障。
For TV program sale broadcasting, this paper discusses how to establish and improve the pattern of TV program sate broadcasting operation under the media convergence circumstance. This operation pattern uses the experience of relevant service standard of ITIL and relative concept of IT services. It makes the broadcasting operations hierarchical, standardize and practical, thus to provide technical support lbr the whole TV program safe broadcasting.
