摘要
英国工业革命的系统发育取决于英国社会系统中所特有的技术基因、文化基因、经济基因。技术的不间断革新、启蒙理性的熏陶以及英国在工业革命前夕所进行的一系列原始资本积累活动的联合作用促使代表先进生产力水平的机器大工业最终在英国率先形成。正是这三大特质基因决定了英国能够创造出比其他国家更适合机器大工业这一先进生产力的社会生产关系,具备了孕育一场世界性产业革命的基本条件。
The phylogeny of the British Industrial Revolution is determined by genes of technology, culture and economy which are characteristic of the British social system. The modem industry represen- ted for the advanced productivity finally taking the lead in Britain is urged by combined action of the con- tinuous innovation of technology, edification of the enlightenment reason and a series of primitive capital accumulation activities before the British Industrial Revolution. These three characteristic genes deter- mines that the Britain is able to create the relation of production which is more suitable to the advanced productivity of the modem industry than other countries, and have the genera] conditions to be pregnant with a global Industrial Revolution.
