摘要
利用铁电液晶材料的电光效应,结合成熟的分压技术,提出一种基于反射式螺旋形变铁电液晶(R-DHFLC)的光学电压互感器设计方案,具有结构紧凑、低成本、响应速度快、温度及抗振性能优越等特点。分析了螺旋形变铁电液晶(DHFLC)材料的电压测量机理,介绍了R-DHFLC的结构,提出了电压互感器的整体架构及设计方法,完成了精度测试。结果表明,R-DHFLC具有微秒量级的阶跃响应速度,在-0.5~0.5 V的输入电压范围内具有良好的线性度,能够满足110 kV电压等级0.2/3P级的准确级限值要求,铁电液晶材料可用于高电压传感领域。
A reflective deformed helix ferroelectric liquid crystal(R-DHFLC)based optical voltage transformer withadvantages such as compact structure,low cost,fast response,high temperature and anti-vibration performances isdeveloped combined with the mature partial pressure technology and electro-optic effect of ferroelectric liquid crystalmaterials. The voltage measurement mechanism of deformed helix ferroelectric liquid crystal(DHFLC)is analyzed,the structure of R-DHFLC is introduced,the overall structure and design method of the voltage transformer are pre-sented,and the accuracy test is finished. The results show that the R-DHFLC has the order of microsecond step re-sponse speed,good linearity in the input voltage range of -0.5--0.5 V,the prototype can meet the accuracy level of 0.2/3P for the 110 kV voltage level transformer,and the ferroelectric liquid crystal materials can be used in the fieldof high voltage sensing.
