内脏脂肪面积增大与非酒精性脂肪肝相关性的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨内脏脂肪面积(VFA)增大与非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的关系。方法:回顾性分析400例体检人群,分为VFA增大组、VFA正常组,两组分别行内脏脂肪面积检测,肝脏彩超检查,血清生化检验等相关检查。对比分析VFA增大、NAFLD病变、体重指数(BMI)、血清甘油三酯增高(TRIG)、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的关系。结果:VFA增大组人群NAFLD的发生率为67.5%,VFA正常组发生率为20.0%。VFA增大组NAFLD发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与VFA正常组比较,VFA增大组的BMI、TRIG、LDL-C、ALT升高的异常率明显增高(P<0.05)。VFA增大与NAFLD的病变程度有关。结论:VFA增大NAFLD的发生密切相关,并且与BMI、血脂紊乱、肝功能异常有关;VFA增大可能是NAFLD发生的重要因素之一。 Objective : To investigate the relationship between the increase of visceral fat area (VFA) and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods: 400 physical examination population were divided into higher VFA group and normal VFA group respectively. VFA, liver fat, serum biochemical tests were screened. The relationship of VFA, degree of NAFLD, body mass index (BMI) , serum triglyceride (TRIG) , serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) , serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were compared. Results: The incidence of NAFLD was 67.5% in higher VFA group. The incidence of NAFLD in higher VFA group was higher than that in normal VFA group significantly (P 〈 0.001 ). More abnormal BMI, TRIG, LDL-C, ALT were found in higher VFA group. Increase of VFA was associa- tion with the degree of NAFLD. Conclusion: Increase of VFA is correlated with NAFLD, BMI, TRIG, LDL-C, ALT. The more VFA is one of the important factors of NAFLD.
