摘要
从旅游资源视角看,厦门岛外休闲农庄发展的优势资源是山地禀赋的生态价值和休闲价值,而缺乏特色和区位交通的不完善则是制约其进一步发展的重要因素。为实现厦门休闲农庄的转型升级,建议政府加强休闲农庄的科学规划和引导整治,鼓励农庄走集群化发展道路,补齐公共服务平台的交通短板,用好优势资源,群策群力共同凝练、发挥休闲农庄的特色。
From the perspective of tourism resources,factors facilitating development of leisure villages outside Xiamen Island include the hilly land with the ecological and leisure value,and hindering factors include little local features of insufficient means for local transport.To transform and upgrade the leisure villages in Xiamen,it is recommended that the government design strategies to develop the leisure farms,encourage their clustering development and strengthen the transport capacity so that the leisure villages of Xiamen can play unique roles in Xiamen＇s growth.
