摘要
针对以往水利工程用地确权划界资料不能满足水利工程现代化管理需要的现状,连云港市市区水工程管理处依据相关法律法规及规范规程,对市区市管河湖和水利工程管理范围进行了划界,有利于推进建立范围明确、权属清晰、责任落实的河湖和水利工程管理与保护责任体系,保障区域防洪安全、供水安全、生态安全。
Concerning the current situation of lacking materials of delimiting boundary of water project land use,the water project management authority of Lianyungang City defined the scope of river-lake and water infrastructures within the jurisdiction of the city according to relevant laws and specifications. It not only helps to specify the scope, ownership and responsible person of protecting river-lake and water infrastructures, but also ensures security of flood control, water supply and ecology in the region.
